READ BEFORE BOOKING YOUR SWASH
A) All prices are for regular-sized vehicles. Larger vehicles will acquire an extra charge. (Minivan $10 Oversized Vehicles i.e. Yukon, Expedition, Suburban $20)
B) All prices are for vehicles within a normal range of dirt, dust, and grime. Heavily dirty vehicles will acquire an extra charge of $25.
C) Swash has the right to cancel up to 24 hours prior to services.
D) The Client has the right to cancel up to 2 hours prior to services if any emergency comes up. You will gladly be rescheduled. There will be a $25 cancellation fee if you cancel less than 2 hours before your appointment time.
E) It is a priority for SWASH to stay on schedule. If the Swash Team needs to wait for you longer than 15 minutes we cannot guarantee your slot.
F) We will Call/Text to confirm your appointment within 2 hours of your appointment. Appointments must be confirmed.
G) Try to park at a spot that will be convenient for all of us
H) Please ensure the wash location is not in a busy foot traffic location, as winds may cause water to hit people passing by.
I) We are up to the elements. The Client understands that the weather is beyond our control. If the weather is wet or under 30º SWASH will reschedule you for a more pleasant time.
J) All appointments are timed and there may not be enough time to add services when we arrive. so take your time to contemplate while planning your wash.
K) Please note that your vehicle may need Add-On service that we offer or it
may require a level of restoration detailing that we do not offer.
